1. Shipping Partners
All our orders are shipped through Delhivery, one of India’s most reliable courier and logistics providers. You will receive a tracking ID via SMS or email once your order has been dispatched.
Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
During high demand periods or festivals, processing may take slightly longer.
Once shipped, you will be notified with your AWB number (Air Waybill) to track your parcel.
3. Delivery Time
Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Other Locations: 5–8 business days
Remote Areas: 7–10 business days (subject to serviceability by Delhivery)
Delays caused by weather, strikes, or logistics issues may occur, but we always try to deliver as early as possible.
4. Shipping Charges
Free Shipping on orders above ₹4999 (India only).
A flat ₹60 shipping fee is charged for orders below ₹4999.
COD (Cash on Delivery) charges may apply as per Delhivery’s current rates.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available for most serviceable PIN codes.
Delhivery may contact you before delivery to confirm availability.
Refusal to accept COD parcels may affect your future COD eligibility.
6. Undelivered or Returned Orders
If a parcel is returned to us due to incomplete address, unavailability, or refusal, we will contact you for reshipment. Additional delivery charges may apply for re-dispatch.
7. Damaged or Missing Products
If you receive a damaged or tampered package, please do not accept it and notify us immediately at 📧 support@baraherbals.com with your order ID and photos. We will take it up with Delhivery and arrange a replacement or refund as per our policy.
8. International Shipping
Currently, Bara Herbals ships only within India through Delhivery. We will soon expand to international shipping — stay tuned!
